Garcia and Associates’ professional staff of terrestrial and aquatic biologists, botanists, wetland specialists, arborists, CEQA/NEPA experts, and environmental permitting specialists have completed countless projects for public and private clients throughout California and the western United States and Pacifc region.
GANDA has worked with a broad spectrum of clients in the public and private sector and with Native American tribes throughout the western United States and with representative stakeholders in the Pacific to address historic, ethnographic, and prehistoric archaeological resources.
We have prepared and processed to certification hundreds of environmental documents per the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). In addition, we have prepared similar documents in compliance with the requirements of Montana, Hawaii, and Guam.
GANDA project managers have worked extensively with federal and state resource agencies, including the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), and San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC).
